In the spring, the business plans on offering classes outside once again, and will be introducing some youth programs.

The gym opened in 2015, and was newly renovated last year for its 5-year anniversary, owner Tim Gaba said.

As part of its 6-year anniversary, the gym is offering a special to new and current members. For $20.21, participants can get one month of unlimited mix-and-match classes at the gym. Besides the anniversary special, the gym offers class packages and Groupons.

The special ends at the end of January, although if people get in touch, Gaba said the gym will work with them.

The gym shut down from March to June last year due to the coronavirus, but has remained open since then, Gaba said. In the summer, the gym offered outdoor classes, which were very popular.

“We’re here to focus on doing things the right way,” Gaba said. “It’s not about [exercising] harder or faster, but [exercising] right.”

In the spring, the business plans on offering classes outside once again, and will be introducing some youth programs.

Gaba said the gym is following health guidelines, including wiping down equipment before and after use, sanitizing, facing one side of the gym to ensure less face to face contact, and limited sharing of equipment.

The fitness center is open from 8 a.m. to noon and 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday; 5 to 6 a.m., 8 a.m. to noon and 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 a.m. to noon and 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday; 5 to 6 a.m., 8 a.m. to noon, and 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday; 8 a.m. to noon and 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday; and 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturday.
